I think I will personally pick up two 24" to replace the Samsung 24" I have now.

The lack of adapter to hook up to legacy computers/laptops bothers me though. You figure they'd do that right away since only the updated Macbook/Pro/Air have the new connectors.

Looks like a great screen and the finish is amazing I would love to gave one but it is just a bit to expensive in my opinion.

While the 24" interests me, I think I'll be waiting for a 30" version before I make any decision on if, and when to put down the money on one.

I think the new displays look fantastic. I can't wait to see one in person. Though the 24" is well-priced and I love the 3-in-1 cord, I too hope they'll come out with a 30" soon since I don't think it's worth it to upgrade from 20" to 24". 30" would be much more incentive!

Steve Jobs has set up an auto-responder on his email informing people that there will be an adapter that will connect older Macs to the new displays.

Personally, it's a little upsetting that Apple is using DisplayPort, but it looks like a great solution—does audio + video, has flexible resolutions, and is smaller than HDMI. I think that if Apple incorporates this into all their devices, things will be a lot more streamlined done the road.
