Desktop Friday: The Forty Third
Photography October 19th, 2007Each and every Friday I post a desktop wallpaper which I have taken personally on travels and outings with my Canon 350D. The wallpaper is sized at a resoultion of 2560×1600 pixels, big enough to be used on a 30 inch Apple Cinema Display, so no-one will miss out.

I love the warm tones in this shot. I find it a little under-saturated, in my amateur opinion :P However, nice composition.

Nice wp Glenn, but have you used this location before? I am just confused by this plant or bush whatever it is. Cuz it has been used before in one of your wallpapers. But anyway, its a nice one. I really like it.

I don’t believe it’s the same location; but yeah, I think I’ve seen enough of these plants too. I actually think I prefer the first wallpaper you did of them. It’s still my standard wallpaper.

I agree that we’ve seen a lot of this type of plant. At least now we can see the horizon instead of just the plant ;).
The right side is pretty blown out due to the sun which creates a pretty imbalanced shot.

Hi Glenn !
Extremely cool picture !
I just noticed that it has a watermark from the trial version of pixelmator right in the middle though !
Keep up the great work,
David.
