Go2Web20: Extensive List Of Web 2.0 Sites Online
Web January 12th, 2007The list of Web 2.0 sites is so extensive, there are now hundreds of sites labeled with the “Web 2.0″ tag out there now, and that number is growing by the day.

Go2Web20 is an awesome little Web 2.0 directory. They have listings of all the different sites and services currently out there, and allow you to browse them by looking at their unique logos. Click on a logo and you will be presented with site information in the sidebar - interested to visit the site? Simply click on the logo again and you will be taken to the chosen site.
You can sort through the logos by the date they were added to the directory, date they were launched, or by tags such as “Address Book” or “Social Bookmarking”. If you know exactly what kind of service/site you are after, you can start a custom search to minimize the results.
If your favorite site is not listed, you can submit is for approval to the directory. They even have a RSS feed for all the Web 2.0 junkies wanting up to the minute updates.
Check it out here, but a quick warning - be prepared to give up hours upon hours of your time getting involved in the Web 2.0 community!
What Web 2.0 sites are you currently a participating member of?

I’m on Digg and Flickr.
The community on Flickr is great, but I can’t say the same for Digg, there are a lot of nasty people there. At least you can block them though.

Yeah, Digg is pretty harsh. The Flickr guys are so friendly, my favorite community out of them all.

I agree. Flickr has to be my favorite.

“be prepared to give up hours upon hours of your time getting involved in the Web 2.0 community!” Oh noes! Now you tell me! :P
I’m a member of Digg… not really Flickr (I’ve got an account, but meh) — I’ll have to check this site out.

Never heard of this site before. Good spot Glenn. I’m a member of Digg and Flickr also but I’m going to give this website a look.

I signed up for flickr but haven’t used it that much ’cause my camera’s broekn at the mo. Digg I use to promote sites and just to ‘have a look’. Facebook is a great networking site also.
Those are the 3 main ones I use.

Digg is full of idiots. This is what I hate. Otherwise, it’s a great way to keep informed. Flickr is great too, even if I use Gallery more since I have my web server.
